Spotler CRM, formerly known as Really Simple Systems, is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) system founded in 2004 and headquartered in United Kingdom, with an overseas office in Sydney.
In October 2006, Spotler introduced its marketing module, initially offering campaign management. In October 2010, the company launched a free CRM plan. In July 2013, a cross-platform version was launched, compatible with desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
The CRM consists of three main modules: Sales, Marketing, and Help Desk Software. The CRM is known for its user-friendly interface, with various features such as a sales dashboard, company account page, tasks, opportunities, calendar view, and marketing dashboard.
